I was recently diagnosed with having a gluten intolerance, so I'm fumbling my way through the world of gluten free cooking and, surprisingly, enjoying this new adventure. However, I won't say that I don't have days where I'd give my right arm to dive mouth first into a heaping pile of warm, custard filled, chocolate glazed doughnuts. :)
